The collision happened shortly after 6pm when an elderly male driver was found to be in a medical emergency while driving in the car park.
The drivers vehicle hit the two pedestrians as they were heading to Costco.
The victim was pushing her daughter in a stroller at the time.
The vehicle went on to strike three additional unoccupied parked vehicles before stopping.
Costco employees removed the man’s vehicle keys. The driver was still in the vehicle when first responders arrived and were able to determine his condition.

The female remained in serious but stable condition Saturday night. Her daughter’s injuries were minor, but she is still being evaluated. The driver is in stable condition. London Police reopened the blocked off section of the car park at 8.30pm. The investigation is still ongoing and no charges have been filed at this time.
