Large amounts of smoke billowed from the blaze Saturday, prompting Vancouver Fire Rescue Chief Karen Fry to warn residents to “keep your windows closed, avoid being outside or exercising in the smoke,” she said in a post on social media. Not many details about the fire have been released yet, however, Vancouver Fire Rescue has classified the fire as third alarm.
