If you have just created an account for Team WTF1, sometimes the payment can take up to 48 hours to be fully processed. If you’re still having problems, email us at [email protected] and we will help you. What payment methods do you accept for Team WTF1 subscriptions? We currently allow payments by credit or debit card and via Apple Pay. We’re working hard behind the scenes to add more payment options, so be sure to check back soon for developments. If your preferred payment method isn’t currently supported, we’re really sorry, but please remember that we’re not removing content from our regular schedule, so none of our existing content is affected. Do I have to be in the UK to join the WTF1 Team? You can certainly join Team WTF1 as an international fan. However, our events are based in the UK at the moment due to travel restrictions. As an international member of Team WTF1, there will still be lots of virtual things you can participate in, like exclusive access to podcasts, virtual game sessions, and other perks like discounts on our merchandise! We will try to vary the times of these virtual events as much as possible so that all people based in different time zones can participate.
