Four of the seven victims killed or injured in a Wednesday shooting spree in Memphis have been identified. Ezekiel Kelly, 19, is accused of opening fire in a series of deadly shootings in and around Memphis earlier this week, killing four people, including Dewayne Tunstall, Alison Parker, Corteria Wright and wounding three others, including Rodolpho Berger. Dewayne Tunstall, deceased

(Facebook) Kelly allegedly asked the 24-year-old to speak to him privately in a mutual friend’s driveway around 1am on Wednesday. After pushing Tunstall aside, Kelly allegedly opened fire in the middle of their conversation, hitting him at least once in the head, according to a police affidavit. Photos taken by Fox News Digital show bullet holes in the side of the house and a bloodstain on the asphalt. At least one shot came through a children’s bedroom window, with toys on the windowsill. ACCUSED MEMPHIS LIVESTREAM SCOOTER HAS VIOLENT CRIMINAL HISTORY Tunstall’s friend, Princess Onwubiko, described him as “a busy, well-rounded young man” in an interview with FOX 13 Memphis. “He helped other young men try to improve their lives and help them get jobs,” Onwubiko told the report. (Matt Simmons for Fox News Digital) She also described her boyfriend as a loving father. “Every time we hung out, he was thinking about his daughter,” Onwubiko said of Tunstall. “She would buy Easter baskets, Valentine baskets.” Onwubiko wants Tunstall to be remembered as selfless and driven: “He was sweet. He wanted to get out of here. He wanted to do it. He wanted to do it in his music. He pushed all his friends to be better,” he said.

Alison Parker, died

Kelly’s rage grew after she allegedly killed Tunstall. Parker was one of four victims. The mom of three worked as a physician at the Family Practice Center of West Memphis, according to a Facebook post. “He was a victim of the tragic violence in Memphis yesterday,” wrote Dr. Trent Pierce at the family’s office in a Thursday Facebook post. “Please pray for her family and our entire office staff as we try to cope with this senseless loss.” Parker was one of four victims. Corteria Wright, deceased

Corteria Wright, who had just turned 17 on August 25, also reportedly died in a fit of rage, according to Facebook posts by her father, Corterian Wright. “It’s impossible to be strong right now, but I’m trying,” Wright said in a Friday Facebook post. Wright remembered his daughter, whom loved ones called “BayBay,” as innocent, happy, intelligent and a talented singer. In another video, Wright repeatedly pleaded with viewers to “stop the violence.” “She was so full of joy and life and had plans for her future, all of which were stopped by gun violence,” reads the description on a GoFundMe page titled “Helping with Funeral Expenses for ‘BayBay’ Corteria.” “BayBay always had a huge smile on her face and was always laughing and joking. A bright young lady who is now gone without a reason.”

Rodolfo Berger, wounded

Kelly reportedly live-streamed portions of the attacks on Facebook, including the shooting of an unsuspecting shopper at an AutoZone store on Jackson Avenue. I’m still thinking about waking up from this viral nightmare.” ELIZA FLETCHER AND MEMPHIS TARGET KIDNAPPING HIGHLIGHTS VIOLENT CRIME IN CITY Berger added that everyone who saw the scene “says he was telling everyone to call his daughter Jenny.” “I love this man so much … my life partner and my best friend. He will need “another surgery” but is “so STRONG and ready for a journey of healing ahead,” she continued. The suspect was previously charged in a 2020 shooting with three victims and eventually pleaded guilty to only the felony assault charge and was sentenced to three years in prison.
