The crime scene is located at a home on Hebron Court in Elk Mills, located just a few miles from Newark, Delaware. According to Cecil County Sheriff Scott Adams, a man called 911 around 9 a.m. to report that a woman and three children had been shot to death. Officers arrived to find a man dead inside a garage. A pistol was found nearby. Another body was found on the first floor. Three more bodies were found on the second floor. Authorities did not have the exact ages of the children, but said they were 5th, 7th and 8th graders. The names of those involved have not been released pending family notification. No further details about the circumstances of the shooting have been released.
