Police in the Kootenays are investigating a targeted vehicle explosion Friday morning. Mounties, firefighters and paramedics were called at 6:39 a.m. for an explosion that occurred inside a vehicle parked in the driveway at a residence in the 200 block of 8th Avenue in Montrose, BC. The community is located just east of the Trail along Highway 3B. A 41-year-old Montrose man was found inside the vehicle and suffered life-threatening injuries from the explosion....
